Griffin747 Posted March 24, 2011 Share Posted March 24, 2011 I've been to Pho Duong in Centreville at least a dozen times over the past few months. It is one of the best bowls of Pho in the DC area. The broth is especially good. Service is so so, but hey it's a Pho kitchen and it's all about the soup and big tables and community. The non-soup dishes are good, too, but my focus is the soup and this is some of the very best. At first the place seemed relatively empty, but the crowds are growing. Whether it will reach critical mass in time to avoid the fate of most Centreville restaurants is debatable, but enjoy it while you can.
