They are straightforward, don't try to jerk you around with a bunch of unnecessary repairs, and don't press when you say that you'd rather do something like a headlight or wipers yourself. Gary, the owner/manager, really helped me out getting my 10+ year old car through emissions inspection last year without spending a ton of unnecessary money. This week I called on Tuesday, Thursday morning my car was up on the lift for an oil change, and I was out the door in 45 minutes.
